医療保険制度改正-等級の改正

医療保険制度改正に伴い、健康保険の標準報酬月額が、平成１９年４月より全39等級「第１級（98,000円）から第39級(980,000円)」から全４７等級「第１級(58,000円)から第47級(1,210,000円)」に改正されました。新しい標準報酬月額等級は、平成１９年４月分(平成１９年５月納付分)以降の保険料に適用されます。

なお、厚生年金保険の標準報酬月額等級は、これまでどおり全３０等級「第１級(98,000円)から第３０級(620,000円)」の全３０等級」で変更ありません。



Revision of Japanese Health insurance system-Revision of health insurance premium brackets

Due to the revision of Japanese Medical insurance system, the range of health insurance premium brackets were expanded from April 1, 2007 health insurance premium (actual payment started from May 2007, as premium is due one month after the salary payment).

*There was no change for the bracket of the Pension insurance premiums. Number of brackets are 30, Upper limit is 620,000 and Lower limit is 98,000.
